Return Policy

Due to the electronic nature of the components we sell, all sales are final. However, Engenuity Systems, Inc. reserves the right to authorize product returns on a case-by-case basis, subject to the manufacturer’s return policy. Authorization of a return is entirely at the discretion of Engenuity Systems, Inc.


30-Day Return Window (Non-Defective Products Only)

All return requests for non-defective products must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


Defective Products

We accept returns of defective products, regardless of purchase date, as long as they meet the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. If you believe your item is defective, please contact Engenuity Systems, Inc. immediately. We will assist in troubleshooting and determining whether the product qualifies for return or replacement under the manufacturer’s policy.

Defective items must still be returned with proper return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.


General Return Request Process

  • Customers must contact Engenuity Systems, Inc. to request a return.

  • Return requests may be denied at our discretion.

  • If a return is approved for a non-defective item, it is subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

  • Approved non-defective returns will be issued as account credit only.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Return Conditions

  • All non-defective returns must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Products returned without authorization will be refused.

  • If returned products are found to have been used:

    • They will either be returned to the customer without credit, or

    • The customer will be charged for inspection and resetting to factory defaults at a rate of $125.00/hour, with a minimum charge of $62.50.
